It has HELPFUL staff, marvellous location. It has incredibly comfortable room, facing street. Private bathroom, quiet atmosphere. Location is 10 minutes walk to The Spa Rotorua.

Overall luxury experience. Enjoyable location, very unique house, really nice facilities. Overall very good service, problem was solved in no time. Very comfy bathroom, very clean beds and free Wi-Fi.

Reasonably clean and pleasant place for what you pay. The bed was incredibly large and bedroom itself was lovely. The pool looked clean.

Nice apartment, easy check-in and late check-out. The location was gorgeous, just off - city center and the shopping centre. Thank you for excellent communication. Efficient service in general. Had stunning and absolutely stunning room plus air conditioner, terrace and balcony. Need to mention delicious breakfast served there.
